I found a link with an endorsement for "Pro" TMT OHA candidates....  I can't confirm the information is accurate but it might help.

dan,
I didn't include all of the candidates which Hawaii Free Press describes as pro-TMT, because some of their replies seemed to straddle the fence.  Of course support for both the TMT and Hawaiian culture is possible and in the best interest of all Hawaii residents.  On second reading Kelii Akina does seem more pro-TMT, but I questioned his comment about OHA getting involved.  The other two may support the TMT in some fashion, but again they would like OHA to get involved.  Perhaps they're more likely than their opponents to favor the TMT?

Candidates I didn't include on my initial list:

Kelii Akina: "Like many Hawaiians, I believe there is room on Mauna Kea for both science and the sacred... However, we must practice the value of malama aina by ensuring pono management of the mauna. That is why as a trustee, I have supported OHA’s measures to ensure the preservation and sustainable care of Mauna Kea."
Civil Beat Candidate Questionnaire

Kamealoha Smith: "The issues involving TMT should not be viewed as a pro or con question. Given the ongoing litigation that OHA has with the state and the university, it would be difficult to provide a definitive answer at this time... If elected, I would be open to entertaining a proposal from both sides... Further, I would propose that OHA establish a Mauna Kea subcommittee."
Civil Beat Candidate Questionnaire

Luana Alapa: "OHA’s role in the management of Mauna Kea should be recognized by the state as a co-manager of the mauna. OHA should truly have oversight of the Hawaiian religious and cultural areas and sites. As we move forward with science and technology in the 21st century, we must also commit ourselves to protecting, honoring and reassuring our Hawaiian people that cultural practices and beliefs will continue to flourish on the mauna."

Here is IMUA TMT's list :

Aloha,

We have compiled a list of candidates running for Trustee of the Office of Hawaiian Affairs (OHA) who support TMT or are neutral running against anti-TMT opponents. We also have a list of Big Island mayoral candidates that have expressed support for the TMT.

OHA Trustee Candidates:

Pro-TMT:
Keliʻi Akina for At-Large
Louis Hao for Hawaiʻi Island
Louis Pau, who is pro-TMT, respectfully defers and asks for TMT supporters to vote for kupuna Louis Hao.
Neutral but running against Anti-TMT opponents:
Kamealoha Smith for Kauaʻi and Niʻihau
Luana Alapa for Molokaʻi

Each OHA race is statewide and everyone in the state can vote in every race.

I agree with those OHA candidates, especially Akina.

For county council I strongly support Rodenhurst. He seems like a smart and solid family man with good ideas. Kleinfelder is afraid of 5G.
