How much insurance?

My wife and I are considering buying a house in HPP, but I am unclear as to how insurance works here. Can anyone tell me how much insurance costs, say per $100,000 of house, in lava zone 3?
Does insurance here include damage by lava (if that happens), or is lava insurance a separate cost?
Any recommendations about insurance companies, or agents?

Insurance is relatively inexpensive in Lava Zone 3, I paid $400/year for a $180K house on 10th Street in HPP. However, there is no such a thing as "lava insurance" and hurricane insurance was excluded from my policy.
