Almost everything on my property on 5th street is flowering like crazy this year (fruit trees bananas, mangos, avacado, coffee, pinapple etc... I haven't seen this happen in a very long time and was wondering if this was due partly to a relatively warmer and drier than usual winter.

The coffee has already bloomed once and is now blooming again. The wind is also mild so the blossoms aren't being blown off, so it might be a good coffee year this year.

Only one peach on the tree so far, but it is blooming now, too.
