sounds like you might want to take this individual to small claims.

Take whatever documentation you have to the District Attorney. If the person to whom you gave money does not own the office space, this would appear to be fraud and needs to be brought to the attention of law enforcement.

to who is intresred it has come to my attention the names of these people mary dressler and keith cumings. their clinic is aloha aina welness center. i will be taking these people to court again i would not want to see anybody else get into a bad situation with rubbish.

i am not saying that all colon hydrotherapy clinics are con people.just trying to let people know about my sitiuation.other friends of mine were fooled by mary and keith before. good luck to whoever the try to sucker in next time.
