Carpenter recommendation

I would appreciate any recommendations for a handy person who knows his or her way around plumbing, electric, and carpentry. We need help putting up an outside shower with on demand water heater.The licensed plumber who came out to take a look rolled his eyes and said we'd have to tear out all existing plumbing and start over. But we just want a simple, not necessarily to-code, shower, and need some help figuring it out.
