We submitted our plans to Health and Engineering - approved in 11 (ELEVEN) calendar days! No corrections necessary!

We submitted our plans to Building - approved in 8 (EIGHT) calendar days! No corrections necessary!

We are ready to ROCK & ROLL! (except for plumbing & electrical)

So HAPPY - EXCITED!

Well, of course it will go through quickly and with no revisions, you've got Petra and Ray on it. They are an extremely well respected team and I always call Ray when I need valid engineering.

Did you give him another coffee cup for his collection yet? Are they still all hanging from the rafters? It's been quite awhile since I've gotten over that way.

Coffee Cup - HMMMMM!

Ray's collection is visually awe inspiring - I wonder if the last "shaker" caused any casualties? Might of sounded like church bells!

As you know getting hold of Ray is challenging - busy guy - but a visit, talk-story is appreciated by most!

Ray "retired" about fifteen years ago when he moved his office to HPP from Chinatown on Oahu, he used to be busier! Maybe that's why all the coffee cups, he needs the caffeine to get everything done on time? He is a really nice guy, too.
