I just want everyone to know that....
Bob is home from his hip surgery and is doing well. He is already almost as mobile as I am! He is such a trooper!! I am having some swelling ad adhesion complications so it is slow going but still going... thank goodness!
Jared the ranch hand didn't work out. I had to fire him over honesty and other issues. To the best of our knowledge, he moved on to Kona.
His wife Lani, for personal reasons, has chosen to remain on the ranch here with us. She gives 110% and had made life livable. She is a wonderful young woman who works hard. We are learning to be pseudo-grandparents to 2 year old Beleu... and are thankful for her every day.
Dick and Kathy Wilson have been saviors, filling in for ANYTHING we ask from Dick's repair skills to Kathy driving me all over the place.
So, just wanted to say a whopping public thank you to Lani and Dick and Kathy. We couldn't make it now without you! We hope to be on our feet and normal in a few weeks to months but we also hope Lani chooses to stay on here at the ranch and have an easier time of it after a while! (Ask us anytime bout her Chicken Cordon Bleu.... to die for! Home made salad dressings that thrill... the list goes on!)
