Yagong proposal saves CoH money
#1
This is in today's HTH and describes how Councilman Yagong's earlier proposal to ask for reduced rents from landlords has born fruit.

Yagong was criticized by a number of folks for "interfering" in administrative affairs. However, as Chairman of the Finance Committee his point has been made by fact.

Congratulations to Councilman Yagong for having the fortitude to stick to his guns and actually do something which directly benefits the taxpayers!
It is refreshing to note that at least one member of our illustrious council remembers that he was elected to represent the people, in direct contrast to other members who appear only interested in personal power and 'empire building'.

Well done, Dominic, keep up the good work. How about working on having the 2% set aside restored to the purpose mandated by the voters?
