My company has been ranked as the #8th fastest growing small company in the State of Hawaii by Pacific Business News. I attended the Award Luncheon in Honolulu to accept the HO'OULU award from Mufi Hanneman, the Mayor of Honolulu, yesterday. The August
11th Edition of the Pacific Business News will publish the list and interviews with the owners of the ranked companies.

It's actually very simple.
1. Have a good business model.
2. Have a good business plan.
3. Hire the right people and treat them well.

Congrats John! Sounds like a good excuse to throw a party on the East side one of these days. Been wantin' to try one of those famous "Rabi Mai Tais", anyway. (And yes, they're still talking about John's mai tais on the other forum - the ghost of John Rabi still lurks among them!)

I think the reason your business is ranked so high is because of the guy behind the business. You care about people and it shows. And you can be reached! Amazing how many business people are so hard to reach. Congratulations John...you earned it.
