Labor Day vacation is here!

Pack everyone up for SCUBA Sunday / beach day / water fun
September 6 ~10am ish (or when you get there) until 3 pm ish (or when you leave) at Richardsons Ocean Park near the east end of Kalanianaole ~ 5 miles from Kens Pancake (north is the bay in Hilo, east is then your right hand... if you are looking north)
Don't dive? doesn't matter! Just a fun day at the beach (haven't had a bad one yet...) with lots of friends, a dish to share and water toys to amuse any kids (at heart!) Need a ride? post it!
Low tide around noon; high tide around 6am and 6pm
We plan on bring kayaks & lemonade and some sort of food to share
ETA2: Purple Sweet Potato Picking after the beach fun! (Between Papa'ikou & Pepe'ekeo)
ETA: We will bring our little BBQ & Charcoal & fluid

This will be Kristina's last Scuba Sunday and she is yearning for a fun day.... so the Lamont's will be there. Never know what we will bring..... gotta wait till I am inspired.

Hi all! I plan to attend. Bill is a maybe. I will bring some hot dogs if someone else is bringing a grill. (I'll bring buns and fixin's too.) I hope to get a turn on the kayak with someone who knows how to use it, and I'd love to do some snorkeling with anyone who knows the way to the fish and coral. See you all then, Sheryl

we will be there and will be bringing bbq chicken (5 lbs) and a grill. someone else may need to bring another grill for sheryl to use as the chicken could take awhile to cook.

We will be there and we are bringing red hot dogs, buns and fixings and home made baked beans. I also may bring some home made pitas and fresh taziki . We will bring a little disposable grill if needed.
I am also bringing avocados to share.
BTW.... Liz, I need 2 dozen eggs if the girls have provided you with plenty.

Wish I could be there, but this Sunday is also the big annual Labor Day GLBT barbeque. Which reminds me, I need to post about that.
