What can actually be done with this property? Most of it appears to be unbuildable.
If you owned it what would you do with it?

First of all, is it 583,704 sq ft or 13.4 acres???

Is this the same property that Emily Naeole was trying to get the County to buy for a cultural attraction or park at one point not too long ago?

Well at least the price appears to be coming down. You could put some cabins/yurts on it and turn it into a steam/sauna/healing retreat center that is if Pele doesn't come along again and spew out more steam/lava. Then keep tourists from falling into the giant hole next door. You gotta have allot of money to burn and take risk on that property plus road noise kinda makes it less desirable.

First you would need to get it rezoned, so you probably can give up on the idea right away! [

You could roast marshmallows!

Never tried steamed marshmallows, I wonder how they taste? Tho you could steam up a lot of hot dogs and open up a hot dog stand! haha
Leave it to a realitor to come in and rain on your parade. I wonder how many realestate agents have retreats that aren't zoned for it?
