What do the titles on punatalk mean?

I am wondering what the other titles used on Punatalk mean?
I have seen "Kamaaina", "malihini", "Da Kine", "Punatic"
When do I stop being a "Newbee" ?

Newbie 0 - 50 posts
Malihini 51 - 100
Da Kine 101 - 500
Kamaaina 501 - 1000
Punatic over 1000

Mine means that I talk a lot. It means nothing as to whether I am a real Punatic (I'm not) or anything about whether I'm local or not.
It is much easier to get past newbie status on Punaweb than on the island. You can be here twenty years and you're still a transplant as far as the locals feel, but if you've been here more than say five years, they might not treat you as a malihini. It depends on how much you pick up the customs and mannerisms.

Some people move here and don't assimilate at all, especially on the Kona side.
