Interestingly, the ONLY document posted on Patricia's website that DOES NOT include the Certificate of Service, is the plaintiff's.

Since, I can NOT, for whatever reason, most likely an issue on my end, get a true and correct and non edited/truncated version of the plaintiff's Statement from eCourts, I will NOT post any other version of said Statement.
Thank you

"Still waiting for your response on post #22 & #25. Business as usual from you, no response or back up to your accusation."

Well, I have a Chromebook and only use a basic Adobe reader. The Adobe reader does not allow me to post PDF files. I can read them on my own computer but can't pass them along to someone else.

My accusation stands. Either you passed the PDF file to Patricia or she saw it and copied it from one of the Facebook pages you posted it on.
You both made a big deal about what's the Watamull lawyers stated but you left out the opposing side because you weren't aware it had been posted until I told you it had.

You are the source of the original PDF that I assume was emailed to your girlfriend or she was made aware by a filling in jefs.

I paid to get the info and that info is posted exactly as it is posted on the ecourt website. I have not edited anything.

Patricia,

At least get your story straight.

The Plaintiff’s Statement, as shown on the eCourt website, of which, I have now paid 3 times to download what are showing up for me as blank pages, but it shows that the entire document to be 5 pages in length. And when I download the file after purchase, I get 5 pages of blankness. Which again, I am saying is more likely an issue on my end versus any other issue that could cause that.

The link posted on your website shows the Plaintiff’s Statement to be 4 pages.

So, first you say you did not include the Certificate of Service and now you say what you posted is what you paid for.

If that’s true and you DID NOT edit and remove Page 5, as posted on your website and it did indeed came WITHOUT the Certificate of Service, then the court may reject the filing because it lacks proof that the opposing party was properly served with the document, potentially delaying the case and potentially causing the filing to be deemed invalid; essentially, the court won't have evidence that the other party received notice of the legal action taken against them.

So, get the story straight maybe?

Or could this be the real intent on behalf of the Plaintiff?

As I have said before, I don't believe in conspiracy theories. I think it is, more likely, an issue with the ecourt site.

Typically, neither do I.

But I find it odd that all I get are 5 pages of blankness, while Mr. Paddleman claims he has all 5 pages from eCourt just fine that shows the Certificate of Service, but somehow feels it’s not worth sharing here and you claim all you got from eCourt was the 4 pages, but something/someone is not being totally forthright here.

I also noticed that on the version of the Plaintiff’s Statement on your website, the document is not dated above the signature line. It just says:

“DATED: Morgan Hill, California, [DATE].”

Another telltale sign of something amiss.

But any who, it sure is fun and exciting!

Well, there is only one thing left to do:

I challenge you all to a haiku-off.

Words flood Pattyweb
Echos, anger, endless streams
Egos drown meaning
I wish you all the best

Ohh, I love a good haiku!

Some always complain
Never add to discussion
Right or wrong complain

OMG Some of you have WAY too much time.

Here ya go- another $3.
ONE page- Electronic Filing (sent to everyone).

Have a great day.

Oh, and please note (just to end the ridiculousness) it says FOUR pages.

Yes, I now see the eCourt page has been updated to reflect the Plaintiff's Statement as being 4 pages with a separate page filed for the Certificate of Service.

This may also explain why I was getting 5 pages of blankness as perhaps the eCourt system was updating at the time I pissed away 9 bucks buying what was supposed to be 5 pages each on 3 different occasions.

And then, Mr. Paddleman's response now becomes even more baffling.

But anyways, Patricia, thanks for forking over the $3.00.

And always remember, while you may find it ridiculous, in law, the devil is ALWAYS in the details!

Ohh, and yes, having a GREAT day! Except for a certain 4 legged free loading resident who decided yesterday to jump up on a parked lawn mower tractor my grandson had temporarily parked right next to the pole that has our two Hawaiian Telcom fiber optic wires running down them into the gray box that then runs to the houses and decided the cables needed to be rerouted his way and proceeded to chew them into several smaller pieces forcing me to have to revert to my Verizon iPhone Hot spot for the time being.

But the good news is that Hawaiian Telcom responded right away and had a good laugh and will be out here on Monday to "restring" the two cables all the way from where it connects on the street up to the pole where that 4-legged bastard had telcom cables for a snack! But the little 4 legger did manage to get the Hawaiian Telcom guys to give him a few belly rubs, so all is forgiven!

And I love the reference of having so much time!
