Hello again Dayna and Susan,
just wanted to update you I am in the process of closing on the lot (going through escrow now...long sigh) and would love to meet potential neighbors!

Jim, I hear you on closing. Take a deeeeeeep breath! It took us FOREVER to close on our house and the title agency said we had a very quick closing! I'll shoot you an email.

Red jeep! And yeah a big thanks to Paul Andreas at Excavation Tech.
He is a great person and runs a tough ship business wise, everything happened timely and according to plan! Also his bid was half what anybody else I talked with offered!

Jim, I hope we can come and see your lot and you will have time to visit us. We are two weeks away from being on island. What did Paul do for you(if I may be nosey)? We talked to him a year ago and then realized we were not ready for him yet. We may be ready this time just to clear and smooth for a house pad.
