8fingers - From the work I did with the CWB with HBWAG - although you "may get away with it" that is not the letter of the law - and then, like getting away with anything here, it is best to make sure that your neighbors REALLY LIKE YOU before you start...
But this all may be a non-issue, as your grubbing contractor may make sure it is permitted (as the county has fined a couple of them... & that is probably the only way the county will get compliance...)
