I was NOT at the beach that day, but I have read and talked to quite a few who were...
the post I posted a few posts above with the quotes around it was taken from a person (on fb) who knew Arrow very well as you can see by the "talented musician" related note.... the line below it (w/Andy note) was taken from witnesses who were there that knew both of them. I still dont know who Arrow or Andy are exactly, as I know many down at the beach by sight and not necessarily by name....
