next time you are trimming I could show you how to aid layer your selections for cuttings before you cut them off. The advantage of air layering is that you get to chose which you want to keep! And it lets your cuttings start off with a root system already string and healthy.

Could the culprit be an animal? Where we stayed there was at least one feral cat that was eating the avocados! Rats could raid a fruit tree.
