Andrew's Fiesta Guacamole

2 avos
1 med tomato
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 small onion chopped fine
1 tsp lime juice
salt
pepper
heaping tsp garlic chili sauce
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro


Great dip to enjoy with corn chips and Chardonnay!

I make really easy guacamole by just smushing avocado up with my favorite salsa and lime juice. Proportions vary according to taste and water content of the avocados. I'll try to get my husband to post his avocado chocolate mousse recipe.
