I buy the frozen ones at Kuhio Grill to keep on hand in my freezer. Costco also sells a pack of 3 that is made on Oahu that is also good.

Today we are on our way to Kuhio Grill to bag at least 2lbs of Lau Lau.

The boys read each and every one of your comments with a level of anticipation and interest rarely seen. I'm thinking about smearing Lau Lau all over their textbooks and homework assignments. Note: this is the one Lau Lau related comment which they did not find interesting or funny!
