I also noticed the water can have different flavors on different days.
Sometimes different spigots taste different too!
I think I’ll label my water with vintage (day and time) and spigot location.
Next I’ll age my water in my specially designed lava tube “water cellar”.
In a few years, I’ll invite special guests over for a “tasting” party.
