"expired" propane tanks ?
#11
At my daughters place, I use two 7 gallon tanks. She has a propane stove and clothes dryer. She gets about 6 weeks or tank or so.

its a safety issue, I had an expired tank filled by the guys down near Makuu, they said they would fill it if I wanted to (tank was old rusty), but they werent responsible if there was a prob... on the way home it sprung a leak at bottom where the rust was very bad...
thats the reason why there is a date stamp on all tanks.. rust + 12 yrs = disaster and a loss of 20$+ in the BEST CASE scenario..maybe a home or life in a worse scenario...
