Short answer is no. But where are you getting styrofoam? Takeout containers havenʻt used that in several years and most of what appears to be styrofoam peanuts are actually water soluable. They should dissolve quickly if you run them under water. Packing material? Nothing for it. The only culprits I run into are the occasional and completely stupid bottoms of pre-packaged meat and vegetables. I try to avoid those.
Certainty will be the death of us.

Check with electronics and home appliance stores. Even typical retail store will likely receive quite a bit of polystyrene.

If Hawaii were serious about managing styrofoam waste, they would invest in a densifier.
Styrocrete is improved option to DIY aircrete and can help resolve problem of recycling.

But where are you getting styrofoam?
Electronics and larger electric devices are packaged with pieces of styrofoam, top, bottom and sides in the box.

Oddly enough the reason polystyrene is so difficult to recycle is because it's 98% air. The way that microplastics are gaining steam, in a few years we'll be mining landfills for polystyrene because it will have more air than the air does.
