I see that you find humor in skewing what's irrelevant. Adoption of policies do not require affiliation. Are you familiar with the term "Sustainability Planning Best Practices"? Are you knowledgeable of its origin?
Do you understand the structure of Agenda 21 as put forth in application of the chain of government?
IE: do you know what portions have been adopted at the federal level and what parts by which departments, do you understand what parts are promoted and adopted at state levels and within their departments on down to County and City level? Which parts of agenda 21 fall where within the chain of government?
