We are finding that Dr. Chowdhury is doing very thorough investigative work as far as tests and really listening to what my Mom's history (extensive) has been medically.

She has already had bloodwork and x-rays done and had her first visit on Wednesday.

I guess sometimes what works for one person may not for another, but so far so good.

There's an interesting article in today's Tribune-Herald about the doctor shortage on the Big Island.

Interesting to note that one doctor will be closing up shop soon and moving to Oahu so he has access to medical care.
