I saw no conflicting statements. You asked each a different set of questions from two different angles and they answers appropriately based on what you asked them individually. You might want to look closely at the cross picture on Punatoon.

My perception is that Lincoln feels it's ok to do it whenever... and Yagong is saying only during breaks.
