And too baked most of the time to even know their dog is baking? Do you have a favorite breed?

I had thought about making a recording of the dogs barking and converting to a continuous loop mp3.

Play back at 3 am thru my high power Bose speakers.

When the neighbor calls the police I would just ask this question.

"Is is against the law to just play back a sound that was from the neighbor's yard in the first place? I thought maybe they were hard of hearing because they didn't control their dogs when they made the noise,so I amplified it for them a little so they could understand what I was putting up with"

yup against the law, ... the cops will pump you up, draw you in and close the door behind on your way to jail - problem solved - for them, never let them draw out from private to public property in the process....

Been there done that -- 25K$ and a host of lawyers - cop got a nice shiner though - me I spent 4th of july in jail - Obama didn't call me for a beer - grin

We need a "Dirty Harry" vigilante force here for dog protecton. I've known of people who steal their neighbor's dogs because they are so tortured by the animals suffering. Most of the stolen dogs are good dogs, just starved, scared, and in some cases, dying. Then they find them a real home or take them to the Humane Society. I know I'll get flack for telling this, but since the police won't help with animal suffering some people become desperate. Of course the barking problem is a different story. You can get used to barking dogs, but not if the barking is near your bedroom when you're trying to sleep. We need law inforcement here but with the economy I'm afraid it's just going to get worse. I wonder if Oprah would start a Humane Society and barking patrol here? She has billions of dollars. But seriously, I don't know what to do about the dog cruelty and dog barking problems on this island. If anyone can find a good plan, I'll volunteer to help.
