We ate there Sat night. And I wasn't that impressed.
That said, the reason was: it was so quiet at 8 PM so they had turned the grill down so when they cooked our food it was more boiled than grilled. (And I have been to Mongolian style grills before and enjoyed the style.) I was aware not to put much "water" flavorings in it for that reason but the cook added a ton of water.
The food all tasted fresh, and the place was clean but it wasn't up to par for a meal that cost us $30+tip for two people.
We thought we would try them during a busier lunch period when the grill was really hot and see if that made a difference!
