That's another good point that has been brought up in various meetings/forums. They should be required to post numbers plainly and visibly on bottom and sides. Otherwise there is the vast likelihood that you can't prove who it was. Huh. That must just be coincidence?

I've never seen them out before 8AM until this morning: they flew over the house at 6AM while I was trying to go back to sleep.
Good thing we have federal regulations, right?

HELCO has also been using helicopters to do line inspection. They caution they will be flying low over neighborhoods and operations start early in the morning. Now, on for the associated discussions about how HELCO sounds like Hell Company, the grid was seen achieving self awareness and the line data was a ruse, it was to prepare a detailed report of your breakfast cereal choice directly to Obama, who you know, will directly transmit that to his Muslim brothers in the Taliban. Oh, Gilligan's Island is no competition for this place.

HELCO Line Inspections Going Through Friday
Hawaii Electric Light Co. will be inspecting its major overhead lines using helicopters through Friday, October 5.
HELCO says they use the helicopters to inspect the lines as efficiently as possible in an attempt to locate any problems that may lead to later serious power interruptions. HELCO is using Manuiwa Airways, Inc. helicopters. The copters will fly fairly low and slow in the sky in order to see the lines and HELCO warns there will be some noise disturbances.
The inspections are scheduled between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. through Friday, October 5, all around the island.
