Vote early!
#11
Oh! Wow thank you for clearing up my misunderstanding. I didn't know that building by name. It looks like that's the large room where I attended a citizenship Day swearing in last year, the one with a little patio on the makai side?

And it is open until 4!
Awesome, I need to go to my bank anyway, across the street, tomorrow.

I will vote early then. I really hate the Lagoon Center. This works.

FYI: Voting Hours Extended

Early walk-in voting hours extended because of storm. The Hawaii County Elections Division has extended early voting hours for Wednesday because of possible weather effects caused by Hurricane Iselle.

The following sites will be open longer hours: West Hawaii Civic Center, Building G, will remain open until 6 p.m.; Pahala Community Center until 5 p.m.; and the Aupuni Center until 6 p.m., according to a press release from the Office of the County Clerk.

Good news ...
I did vote at the Aupuni Center today. It was quite full but there was not a line at about 3:30.

Yay for beautiful weather today.
There is a call out for staffing at polling places due to workers calling that they cannot come. If anyone is interested I can post the info.

As posted in Punatalk, HPP and Beaches/Shores will be closed and able to vote late by mail in ballot.

Thanks to Carol and opihikao and Mimosa and all who urged people to vote early, and helped with directions to the early voting.
