"Sneaky Pete" sez get your dog to run ahead of you towards the flow. When your dog runs past the guards, they will assume from your ignored demands to " come here!" that you are merely trying to restrain your dog from observing the flow and chasing after him. Once past and beyond guards, give dog a big treat and a ""good boy!" Once flow is observed, snap a leash on him and calmly walk back past guards stating "finally got him, the little bugger!"
