We now have a talking dog in Puna, so forget water-based scams, cuddly pet schemes are in order. I haven't anything to suggest right now, maybe introducing something to the island to combat fleas? Banning circuses might be a start.

OK, I'll bite. If you can fetch it lets take a paws and start a thread on that dog gone story. I'm panting to hear it, perhaps it would be a good boy and bark up and tell its story.
