AT&T just got socked with a $100 Million fine for throttling unlimited internet users, and is having major issues about it. Me personally, I was quite pleased with their service, but I noticed the bandwidth dropped to about 24Kbps consistently for a while prompting me to embark on research into alternatives. A bit silly; there's no way a properly configured video service needs 3.5 Mbps to perform; THAT is technological incompetence, not AT&T's fault at all. Why can't we all just get along....
