Court remands TMT sublease
I suppose the feces debate could be solved once and for all by sending in a sample of the evidence to ancestry.com for scientific DNA analysis to see if it's of native or haole Idaho origin.

Who said they smeared their own? Half the people on this island seem unable to flush a public toilet.

Update, FYI: The BLNR has denied the request to remove Judge Amano. We move forward. Thankfully.

Here is the entire order below (sans the media hype):

IMUA, and let what is right, prevail. Many good things will come from the entire exercise...is my continued hope.

This move is Surprising because even the TMT officials asked for her removal recently.

Personally I have not been very impressed up to this point, with Mrs. Case, Mr. Kenoi, our university, or our governor IGE's handling of this TMT issue. I think a delay or two would have been a blessing in disguise to allow time for a few new laws or real leadership to be in place first, jmo.

Aloha ahiahi, Gypsy. The Supreme Court has provided the "delay", based on the law. Their decision sent this issue "back to square A".

I do agree, this could have been handled so much better, on all levels. Let them/us learn from, yet another, debacle. Lest we forget this is "Conservation" land, as designated by the State of Hawai'i.

BTW, it is an "election year"...time for change, again; starting with the BLNR. (Sorry, a tad O/T) The "cost" (to us taxpayers) comes when politics, and other mitigating factors, cloud focus.

Middle ground will be found; it has to. There is no choice at this point. It would be wise to consider every angle of the decisions that will be made. Judge Amano is a sound wahine, and will be fair. I trust her judgement.

Enjoy the evening, all. Pau.

(O/T: Going to aloha Tutu Pele tomorrow, as Kupuna asked us to do (not Mauna Kea, but Halemaumau). Taking the mo'opuna, and packing cocoa and "craka", SPAM musubi, etc. She is putting on quite a show lately![Smile])

*Protectors sue to have Riki May Amano removed from case.
*State is put in position which may require the hiring of another judge.
*Protectors sue to have the amount of Riki May Amano's contract released, which would affect any future negotiation with potential replacement judges.

I think it's time to countersue the "protectors" for inflicting egregious economic harm.
