The Kingdom of Heaven in Hawaii website lists the same exact address as the old Steam Vent Inn, so yes, I assume it's the place you're thinking of.
Apparently you can book a nice stay there via AIRBnB.co.uk. Why you have to use a site in the UK to book a stay in Puna is a little beyond me right now...

This is one of his Oxysilver sites, claiming to be developed by NASA. It was at the heart of the anti-vaxxers bubbling up out of the Puna area a few years ago. Yes, *buy* and take Oxysilver, you don't need vaccinations. Didn't know NASA developed their own "holy" water.

Pretty sure they lost all rights to the Steam Vent. They have been blubbering about it for a few months, and they seem to have lost the appeal. Her writing sounds like 99% of the psycho-babble on PW, blaming the police, the county, corruption, corruption everywhere.

It would be interesting to find out all the connections but nobody has that much free time to waste on the bunch of loonies claiming they know what is best for south Puna.
