I've made hundreds of back-and-forth trips via Saddle at nearly every time of the day and there is definitely police presence only at certain times of the day, and other times they are always conspicuously absent, and driver's behaviors have noted this. When did these horrid events occur? The worst offenders IMHO are clearly commuting locals.
