Sheesh! called out!
Not sure if they do the lumber milling, or just sell the local milled hardwoods, but I have used Paradise Hardwoods in Shipman Industrial (16-185 Kalara St, Keaau, HI 96749
Phone: (808) 982-9192) for the locally grown Jaboticaba wood I have used on our beds (LOVE working with Jaboticaba)

Add:I really have no idea about inexpensive wood sources here, as we have used very little wood in our house, and none has been inexpensive!
