It didn't make sense to me about what Birdmove stated in his reply/post. From Stillhope's past posts she would always talk as if she was single and doing things on her own.
Sorry to hear that she lost job, and house in HI. Maybe it was for the best. I wish here well in life.

ok people, i feel stupid right now. I re-read this thread and mis-understood birdmove's post.

He stated that he moved here 5 1/2 years ago.........I thought he moved here with Stillhope and was her significant other because I asked the question where is stillhope. He was just sharing his story of when he moved here...........No harm or no foul, just sharing his story...........

Ok, no biggie. We have answers to the original questions.

I know a few couples who moved back to the mainland to be close to their grandchildren. Loved or liked it here but loved their grandchildren more. []
