Punaweb Sluggish?

If it's the server, then how can I load other pages immediately?
I can be "stuck" on Punaweb and I can switch tabs and go to Halema'uma'u webcam and down load immediatly, even if I leave punaweb up. Could it be an issue with the amount of people accessing the page at the same time? I have DSL thru Hawaiian Telcomm. Some techie must have the awnsers!![]

If you are not having issues with any other site except Punaweb it is likely the server Punaweb, not your internet connection, which is having issues.

But quite honestly I haven't noticed much sluggish sites on my HawTel 7Mbps DSL connection. Punaweb loads very snappy on my ancient computer.
