Oh Ahalanui, how I yearn for thee
Days spent relaxing under your trees
Nights that we frolicked along with the breeze
Such warmth and solace, never again to be

Remember, the only constant is change.

Change is inevitable
Change is constant
The past is distant
Day changes to night
Summer changes to fall
Reminiscence comforts us all

Aaahhhh! A wonderful tribute to the happiest part of my life.
I have hopes that there will be a new warm pond/swimming hole built alongside the boat ramp. I suspect that getting the ramp open will come first, though.
I am OK with that because the fishermen have suffered desperately, already.
best wishes,
Ccat
