I know somewhere someone put in a message that they are living in a container, but of coarse know I can't seem to find it.
So does anyone know how much a container is to buy? Thank you guys for all the great information.

Aloha Naomi,

You might just check out the introduce yourself thread on the punaweb forum. Someone there is living in a container currently and I think it is Emily a real nice person who doesn't post often.

It is great you will be visiting for 2 - 4 weeks next year to check the east side out. We did it in 2 weeks but were pretty rushed, however found property we loved in Eden Roc. Best of luck. Mella L

Yup, that's me! I just realized that this "Building" forum was here. I had only been looking at the other forum.

I have looked into the costs of containers here, and it seems that for a 40 footer, you will pay anywhere from $3,500-$5,500 for used. In Illinois we paid $1,650 delivered! We might be getting another container to use for storage since we will be building soon and don't want our materials to walk away.
