Politics? one of the first similarities I noticed.... but much smaller scale stuff.... It is always funny to here locals who think that their politics is different here... & then you give examples of the Daley's.... and they realize that theirs is much the same, but sooo much less... intense... than Chicago...

Funny. I have to say I did get a kick out of the local politics here this year. Watching the groups of people on the side of the road waving and cheering, and then after the election, the Mahalo signs. I have lived in a lot of places and never seen it done like that.
