yes, john they are very cool, but too expensive for us. we're going to look and see if costco has something tomorrow. if not there, then we might go with the kenmore elite from sears.

1. Buy the cheapest charcoal grill you can get.
2. Make friends with someone who has a strawbery guava infestation.
3. Go to their land and cut down some guava.
4. Make charcoal out of it.
5. Have pretty much free, delicious flavoring charcoal.
6. Eat too much meat if there is such a thing.

Might be cheaper to buy a welder and get an metal drum. You can buy replacement gas elements if you want to make it gas. It would last a LOT longer than any flimsy thing you buy. Ask your local welder how much to have one made. Otherwise, check yard sales, they always show up there real cheap. Or get the carcass of one at a transfer station and put a new gas element in it.

thanks. we got one at HD on sale. if it doesn't last, it's okay. did NOT spend a whole lot of money on it. renee is setting up right now.
