Tom, What's the circle of rocks that's in the ocean?

EightFingers - I'm not sure what it is, I thought maybe a trap or something similar (it's built right between the low and high-tide marks). If it's still there, it's over in Puako Beach Drive at the first beach access point (opposite the little grocery store I think). I often go there to watch turtles when on that side of the island but hadn't been for a year or so and noticed this on a visit last September. I haven't been back since so not sure if it's there anymore. It's definitely not a natural structure!
