Umm, I'd say that Emily made the right choice. The Hilo Bay Cafe rocks! This thread would have been a lot more interesting if Emily had done something, anything.
OK, let's take this thread into abuse of power, which Emily did not do.

Now he know's how to abuse power. During a TV interview he wanted to play tennis and it was raining so he had sirens and lights blaring to make way to an indoor tennis court. That is abuse of power.
