I know some of the people involved with the theater group at KMC and they are awesome. Everyone from a middle school teacher in Volcano to community business people. They do a great job, have tons of fun. That would be a definite plus. I emailed you.... call Gabriell. She is new to the community, would love to make some new friends and her children are the BEST... she has a 13 year old Morgan who is anxiously awaiting meeting a new friend!

Jim Lee (a vendor at the Keaau Market) puts on these Saturday chess fun days. They aren't quite every Saturday. There is a poster on the corkboard near the bathrooms that has all the dates on it through August. Just check the dates there or Jim can give you a copy. Wouldn't want you to drive there some Saturday to find out it isn't happening that day. Or email me your email address and I can send you a PDF file with that poster on it.
