Help Paint Downtown Hilo

I work on the Bayfront, when I came to work today and parked across the street I took a long hard look at the ground level storefronts and the buildings above them. There is virtually nothing to paint at ground level, and many of the second floors have a lot of paintable areas that really need help. Maybe they could let the building owners deal with the ground level and Benjamin Moore could paint the second stories?

Maybe the thing to hope for is another tsunami that will wipe out downtown Hilo and then with the insurance money and government help, we'll get a new downtown....i.e. New Orleans, Jersey shore, all of Colorado.
