Question: Microclimates - Sun and Clouds in HPP
#11
We have a house on 16th off Maku'u and had no idea it had a killer view of Mauna Kea for the first 3 months, then the first time it cleared off in the morning we understood why the builder put in huge picture windows facing what seemed to be a view of the neighbor's roof. In the summer we can see Mauna Kea most mornings until about 8, in the winter, almost never. The area you are looking at gets plenty of sun, I drive through there almost daily to go to work, but the sun is more likely in the afternoon than the morning. HPP gets plenty off sun, although as others have said, below 10th gets the most.

Temporarily in Williamsburg VA, missing Hawaii more than I anticipated.
