Rain at last!
#21
Mrs. Mimosa: we are neighbors then. We have a cottage on 19, currently rented out to some nice students from the University. We look forward to being there when we retire in a few years. It's nice to hear the tenants will have water. You are smart to have so many properties. They will on average double in price every 10 years or so, but I'm sure you already know that.

We should indeed. It will be a few years until we can live there, hooligal, but we'll definitely be putting on a barbeque when we get back again. I understand you met my wife and her cousin last year. I hope our tenants are fitting in well (and better than the 'caretaker')

Praise god and mother nature, thank you for the rain. I agree with Makuu tho, my tank is full the plants aren't thirsty anymore, the rain can stop anytime now.

Road the SYM HD200 scooter to Hilo for the Saturday chess club 9:00 am till 1:00 pm (actually left more like 2:15). Suited up in my rain gear and still got soaked. Enjoyed every drop of it!!

A bad day riding is better than a good day driving.

It's good to hear the gurgling water pipes again!

My gutters were overflowing. I found buckets of ash clogging my gutter screens in Orchidland. Remember to check those gutter screens.
