"if the canine alarm system goes off at my house there is a reason"

So every time they have gone off, they have prevented a burglary or worse ?

I don't have a dog and I still have all my stuff !!!

A few lights and a little common sense works just fine !

No I never said that, but every time they go off there is something worth checking out. Something like the 4 kids who parked in front of our house to do a drug deal and just about jumped out of their skins when my partner walked up to the drivers's side with a flashlight, the lady with a flat tire whose cell didn't work, or the lost tourist who couldn't find their B&B after driving over from Kona in the dark (wrong street and bad directions). Not everything worth checking out is a burglary or worse, but not every barking dog in the night is about nothing.

Own a dog if you want, don't own one if if you don't want, our dogs are members of our family who happen to have far better sensory perception, especially when sleeping, than the people do, and they let us know when someone is too close to our place at night so we can check it out.

You are the guy who was here on punaweb telling other people how to feed their dogs right?
