The county doesn't charge for the water - the water haulers are paying for their apportioned cost of the wells the county drilled and for the cost of pumping the water from those wells. The county didn't drill any PGV wells nor do they pump them.

You have the strangest subdivisions. No water...although hopefully you get enough rain for catchment. But up paved roads, no trash pickup, no forethought for traffic congestion as lots are purchased, dysfunctional boards...although there are certainly a lot of different difficult things about where I live so I will shut up now
